It has a very high-quality dye technique that uses tree barks. The tannins from the tree bark are extracted by steam. Deep within the tree there is iron which brings out the brown/red tones. Exquisite one-of-a-kind designs on the textiles are freehanded with inspiration from Ayahuasca visions during sacred ceremonies. Lastly, the artisan uses the force of the river to wash the natural dyes from the fabric then bathes the fabric in the sun to dry.
They can be used as a centerpiece mat for a shrine, in your kitchen, in your cafe, hung up as a wall decoration… endless uses!
